I am new to the world of hearing aids but thanks to Sounds like a Plan hearing professionals, Christina, Jordan and Annie, it has been a breeze. The staff is super pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. They all bend over backwards to help one get used to hearing aids and always answered my questions. If the staff does not know the answer they find it out. They do all of this and more with a smile and make eye contact. These professionals are awesome. Thanks again, everyone.

My wife and I traveled from Michigan to meet with a few health professionals at the Cleveland Clinic. My wife Debby realized that she had forgotten to bring along her Starkey hearing aid charger. We called several foundations, the Cleveland Clinic and hearing aid centers without locating a charger to buy, borrow or rent. After two hours of frantically calling on 2 phones, we finally were routed to Sounds Like a Plan Hearing Center in North Royalton. They were able to help if we could come to their office. We drove for 35 minutes across Cleveland through construction-choked highways to pick up a charger. Annie & Jordine (sp?) couldn’t have been more helpful. Debby’s appointments were a success. We offered to pay for an office visit, but both ladies said they were happy to offer assistance. They certainly turned out to be heroines of the hour! Tom Burchman & Debby Starnes
